Payments

Payments are processed securely by trusted third-party providers with direct debit payments taken through Go Cardless. However we may use other providers including Stripe and PayPal if Go Cardless is not suitable. Your payment information is encrypted and handled directly by these providers in line with their own privacy policies. Playdead Collective does not store full payment card details.

Employment Applicants

If you apply to work with us, we may collect:

  • Your name and contact details
  • Information provided in your CV
  • Training qualifications and DBS certificate details
  • Proof of identity and address
  • References (with your responsibility to inform referees)

This information will only be used for recruitment and safeguarding purposes.

General Enquiries
